The Scientist in Residence Program is made possible by the Vancouver Board of Education and other organizations and individuals that value the Program’s work to enrich science education in public schools and to enhance science literacy.

The Vancouver Board of Education and the Scientist in Residence Program are deeply grateful for the generous support provided by our Partners in Science since the program’s inception in 2004. This support generates legacies from the experiences and knowledge gained by the program participants, and from the hands-on science lesson plans made available to educators and the public through this website.
